The Perry Boys Soccer team hosted Boone last night in Raccoon River Conference play. And they Bluejays would win by a score of 5-1. Jonas Possner would get the scoring going early in the third minute mark, then Boone would tie it up in the 30th minute on a penalty kick, and it would be 1-1, but Possner would score at the 37th minute mark giving the Bluejays the 2-1 advantage into intermission. Possner would get his third goal of the match giving him a hat trick only two minutes into the second half. Also scoring for the Bluejays were Ivan Garcia at the 45 minute mark, and Jesus Rodriguez would score at the 55 minute mark. With the victory the Bluejays improve to 7-2 overall and 4-0 in the Raccoon River Conference. Perry returns to the pitch on Monday at home to take on Pella.
