The Guthrie Center School Board convenes tomorrow night for its April session.

Numerous items are on the agenda, but the main item that will be discussed pertains to the possible approval of the fiscal year 2014-15 budget.

The Board will also vote on approval of the 2014-15 academic calendar for the district.

Other items to be discussed include a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Iowa Association for Educational Purchasing as it relates to meal pricing, school district sports summer camps, and finally, discussion about the two Odyssey of the Mind teams that have qualified for the World Competition.

Persons wishing to address the Board at the this meeting should make a request with the Board Secretary or Superintendent at least a half-hour prior to the meeting, which starts at 7pm tomorrow night in the Superintendent’s Office.
