Two Greene County residents were arrested following a traffic stop on drug charges Tuesday night in Audubon County.
According to the Audubon County Sheriff’s office, a routine traffic stop occurred in the 3400 block of Highway 71 when suspected drugs were discovered.
32 year-old Jason Lee Montgomery of Jefferson was arrested and charged with a Class B Felony for possession of methamphetamine, an aggravated misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, a Class D Felony for intent to deliver marijuana and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.
29 year-old Amanda Fay Lawrence of Scranton was arrested and charged with an aggravated misdemeanor her second offense for possession of methamphetamine, A Class D Felony for possession of a controlled substance with intent to delivery marijuana and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both subjects were booked into the Audubon County Jail and Lawrence posted her $5,000 bond and was released that following morning while Montgomery remains in jail on a $5,000 bond.
