The Guthrie County Arts Council has extended its application window for area artists interested in showing their work at the 3rd Annual Art in the Village.

The deadline was originally set for tomorrow, April 1st, but Art in the Village Coordinator Lynsi Pasutti says the deadline has been pushed back to April 8th. Artists may send in their applications via the mail or bring them to the next Arts Council meeting, scheduled for Tuesday the 8th at 7pm in the Mary Barnett Library in Guthrie Center.  An Art in the Village pre-meeting information session will begin at 6:30 that night.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, June 14th at the Guthrie County Historical Village in Panora.
