A memorial service for Emery Ross Baxley, age 56 of Scranton, will be held at 4 pm on Monday at the Dwelling Place in Jefferson.

Emery if survived by his wife Barbara of Scranton; his mother Millie Baxley of Gig Harbor, WA; four daughters, Bethany Lepur of Gig Harbor, WA, Jeannie Baxley (Jason Anglin) of Kent, WA, Sarah Baxley (Fred McKinney) of Irving, KY and Tasha Baxley (Mike Winblad) of Scranton; three sons, Jeremy Baxley and his wife Delfina of Kent, WA, Bruce Greer and his wife Amy of Jefferson, and Leland Baxley (Kelsey Chisholm) of Scranton; sixteen grandchildren; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Victor and Wanda Patterson of Scranton; three sisters, Janice Miller and her husband Bob of Anson, ME, Sherry Cochran and her husband Dan of Washington and Jennifer Partridge and her husband Tony of Gig Harbor, WA; a brother, Ron Baxley and his wife Laine of Waldoboro, ME; a sister-in-law, Brenda Davidson and her husband Tom of Woodward; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a grandson.
