A new sex offender registry notification has been issued in Dallas County.
Jimmy Phillips Vo of 619 5th Street in Perry is part of the state registry.
39 year-old Vo’s registration is the result of a 1998 conviction of two charges of criminal sexual penetration in New Mexico.
The notices aim to serve as a means for the public to protect themselves and any action taken against this person can result in criminal charges.
According to the registry, there are 23 registered sex offenders currently living in Perry.
