Another suspect involved in the 18 BB gun incidents in Grand Junction from December was recently sentenced.
Greene County Juvenile Court Judge William Oslund found 17 year-old Dylan Lansman as a delinquent after the Grand Junction minor admitted to the aggravated misdemeanor for third degree criminal mischief on February 21st.
According to court documents, Judge Oslund ordered the 17 year-old to be placed on probation with the Department of Juvenile Court Services and pay victim restitution which a total amount has not been determined yet.
He and 17 year-old Jacob Vregudenhill and 18 year-old Joshua Blumberg all from Grand Junction were accused of 18 BB gun incidents where they were seen by witnesses having shot out vehicles and homes from December 23rd through the 29th of 2013.
Vregudenhil was sentenced on January 31st to a highly structured group care facility with the Department of Juvenile Court Services.
Blumberg’s jury trial is scheduled for April 8th after pleading not guilty to a Class D Felony for second degree criminal mischief charge for his alleged involvement in the case.
