One of Iowa’s longest running and most highly regarded football coaching clinics is in Jefferson and it begins tonight at Power Lift along east Highway 30 and continues at Greene County High School on Saturday.

Among tonight’s speakers are former Navy Seal Rob Stock, along with strength and conditioning coaches from the Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, and North Dakota State University. Chris Carlisle is with the Super Bowl Champion Seahawks while Rock Gullickson is with the Rams, and Jim Kramer is with three-time FCS defending national champion NDS.

Saturday’s headliners are Mark Farley of the U. of Northern Iowa and Mark Mangino, a former head coach in the Big 12 Conference and now an assistant at Iowa State. Greene County native Bryce Paup from Scranton also will speak on Saturday. Paup, a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year, has completed one year as an assistant at his alma mater, Northern Iowa.

Dean Lansman is the clinic director and his also the head coach of the Greene County Rams.
