Nathan Patrick Summerson, age 32 of 912 15th St., Perry was arrested at 190th and D Ave., for OWI, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of an offensive weapon.

 Amanda Grace Ayers, age 33 of 1908 Redwood Ave., Afton was arrested at the Edgetowner Hotel, De Soto for driving under suspension.

 Loren Dean Spidle, age 54 of 707 Walnut Ave., Woodward was arrested in the 21000 block of Highway 141 for driving under suspension.

 A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
