Hajrudin Garibovic, age 36 of 918 16th St., Perry was a arrested in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI.
James Vernon Harkrader, age 47 31838 Puckerbrush Rd., Adel was arrested at this address for assault.
Timothy Gupton of De Soto was traveling in the 24000 block of 270th when his vehicle slid while entering a curve and slid partially in the north ditch striking a fence post. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $150.00 to the fence post.
