The Adel City Council will meet in regular session this evening.
Items on the agenda include approval of a resolution in regards to ordering construction and setting a public hearing for the water tower paining, approval of Timberview preliminary plat II, Greenwood Hills preliminary plat III and approval of a lease agreement with Prairie iNet.
A public hearing will then be set for March 11th to review the fiscal year 2015 budget, parking regulations for Greenwood Hills, Aspen, Cedar and Maple will then be considered for approval, along with discussion on the Historic Preservation at its Best Award and consideration of a change order for the Adel Family Aquatic Center project.
The Council will then consider approval of a social media policy, discuss alcohol in city parks and enter into a closed session to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate.
The meeting takes place at 6pm at the Adel City Hall.
