The Perry Chamber of Commerce will be sending out their annual dues reminders in the next few days, as now is the time for local business owners to renew their membership or join the Chamber.
Executive Director Bob Wilson says they’re always looking for new ways to make membership worth it.
“We are a membership based organization. All our dues to back into our programming and ideally what we try to do in everything we have to promote or programming that we have is to make it a value to you as a member” says Wilson. “We have approximately 183 members ranging from large corporations to individual members, non-profits and everything in between.”
Without members supporting the Chamber, Wilson says they would not have the means to do what they do, or the causes to support.
“It’s a great way to support the community. We obviously provide a lot of events, quality of life events. We also focus on business development, economic development… anyway we can promote Perry to continue to be the great place that it is and then expand on that. So, your chamber investment is huge” adds Wilson.
