Howard Latham of Earlham was traveling in the 35000 block of Jewel Lane when his vehicle went off the roadway and rolled into the east ditch. Latham was transported to Methodist West by the Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Richard Allen Keller, age 32 of 507 ½ W 7th Lucinda St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for theft.
