Cindy Blobaum, better known by her nickname Critter Cindy, from the Dallas County Conservation Office will be spending a lot of time at the Perry Public Library this week.
Starting on Friday with a program for kids called Animal Sounds, Blobaum invites all area residents to come learn how to identify animal sounds at 10:30am.
Library Director Mary Murphy says all of Cindy’s programs are family friendly and hands-on.
“If you’ve never been to a Critter Cindy program, you watch out because she wants you up and participating. You will learn a lot, she is a mother of four, she has untapped energy, she is over the top” says Murphy.
Blobaum is also a published author who will be featured during Art on the Prairie on Saturday at 10am.
Both events are free and open to the public.
