The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider approving the final pay estimates to Sandstone Management for completed work of Greene County Development Corporation’s business park number one and to Wicks Construction for the downtown restoration project.

The Council will also hear an update from GCDC, Main Street Iowa and the Visitor’s Center and will set a public hearing for status of funded activities for housing rehabilitation program.

The Council will consider a resolution to approve the contracts for the Water Main Improvement Project and a Notice to Proceed document with that.

There will also be a second reading to change zoning regulations to the Light Industrial District.

The meeting will begin at 5:30pm at the City Hall Council Chambers.
