Dallas County Hospital is offering another chance for area residents to get certified in CPR this fall.
A Pediatric Heartsaver CPR and first aid class will be taught at the hospital Saturday, October 26th from 1-5:30pm.
The afternoon class is intended for new or expectant parents, day care workers or anyone who takes care of children.
Upon the completion of the class, participants will know how to perform CPR and rescue breathing, remove a foreign object from a child and demonstrate the use of an Automated External Defibrillator.
The cost is $65 for your initial certification and $50 for a renewal.
