Now that they’re in the final stretch of making things official, the Hotel Pattee’s new owners have another task at hand, making sure they have the right staff to help them succeed in Perry.

Owner and operator Jay Hartz tells Raccoon Valley Radio, he’ll be in Perry this weekend holding a job fair for potential employees.

He says they’re looking to hire about two dozen people and variety of positions are available from front desk agents to housekeepers, sales assistants to event planners, chefs to waiters.

Hartz will meet with applicants this Saturday from 10am-2pm at the Town Craft building.  Applications will be available to fill out, and though interviews won’t be conducted on the spot, Hartz says he will be following up with selected candidates in the next few weeks.
