A reminder for Jefferson residents.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, the garbage routes in Jefferson will be delayed by one day.

That means Monday’s garbage routes will be picked up on Tuesday, then Tuesday’s routes will be picked up on Wednesday, Wednesday’s garbage will be collected on Thursday and Thursday’s routes will be delayed to Friday.

The City wants to remind you to ensure proper pickup, have your garbage at the curbside by 6am.  Services will go back to its regular schedule the following week.
