A deputy is investigating the report of a barking dog in the 1100 block of Livingston Street in Churdan.
A deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction to investigate a reported theft of electronic equipment.
A deputy was advised of an alleged sexual abuse case in Grand Junction. The case is under investigation by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
A deputy was advised of a harassment complaint that was initiated from the building owner next to the Casey’s General Store in Scranton.
A deputy was asked to check for a suspicious vehicle driving in Henderson Park. The deputy was not able to locate the vehicle upon his arrival.
Two deputies responded to a one vehicle accident that occurred in the 200 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction. A 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis that is owned by Casey Lee Summerfield of Grand Junction struck a utility pole in the alley between 11th and 12th Street. The driver of the car fled from the scene before the deputy’s arrival. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is trying to determine the driver of the vehicle, with charges pending the investigation. The utility pole was not damaged but the Mercury Marquis sustained major damage.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
