The Dallas County Hospital is offering another pediatric CPR and first aid class later this month.
The Heartsaver class is intended for new or expectant parents, daycare workers, or anyone who cares for children.
The class will teach participants how to perform CPR and rescue breathing, remove a foreign object from a child and demonstrate the use of an automated external defibrillator.
The cost is $65 per person for the initial certification or $50 for a renewal.
It takes place Saturday July 20th from 1-5:30pm in the hospital’s community room.
