The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center School District is getting closer to finding their next superintendent.

The Adair-Casey and Guthrie Center School Boards held a joint closed session last night with Grundmeyer Leader Services at the Junior High School in Adair to review applicants for the replacement of retiring Superintendent Steve Smith. The next steps in the process include another joint closed session on December 19th at Guthrie Center High School to screen candidates, and on January 23rd they will conduct formal interviews with the finalists.
