We’re now firmly in December, which means a new slate of Java and Juice programs for Greene County has been announced.

Greene County Chamber and Tourism Interim Director Michael Reese says this Friday Java and Juice will take place at Natural Wonders Learning Center and next Friday, December 14th it will be at Addie’s in downtown Jefferson. Both programs will start with a social time at 9:30am, with a short program to begin at 9:45. Java and Juice allows attendees to learn about the host business and network with other business professionals.

Due to Christmas and New Year’s holidays, there will be no Java and Juice the following two Fridays of December. However, Reese encourages any businesses or organizations to contact them to be the host of the popular program.

“So if you have a business anywhere in Greene County, please call if you have an interest. Even if you’re not a chamber member, I’m going to encourage you to call anyway because we can’t have enough participation with the businesses. And I think, kind of along with my mantra with tourism, I think once you start to see a little bit closer of what the Chamber is doing, I think people will start to have a good idea that we do have a lot of momentum and we’re headed in the right direction.”
