There are some holiday festivities happening today and tomorrow in Greene County to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center today from 10:30am to 1:30pm. Kids can share their Christmas wish lists with Santa and parents can take pictures of their children with St. Nicholas. It is free and open to the public.

The Town and Country Band will also have two performances this weekend. Today they will be at First Baptist Church in Churdan at 7pm. Tomorrow’s performance will be at the United Methodist Church at 1:30pm. There is no admission charge, though free-will donations will be accepted for both concerts. The shows include a variety of holiday-themed music.
