An Adel native is the newest head coach of the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity girls golf program. Last week, ADM Activities Director Reece Satre informed Raccoon Valley Radio that 2002 graduate Dana Brown is assuming the role as ADM’s head girls golf coach. Brown was apart of ADM’s first state-qualifying girls’ golf team in 2001. According to an official press release, Brown says her long-term goal is to bring golf to more youth in the community. The Raccoon Valley Radio Network confirmed with ADM Community Schools Tuesday morning that Kelly Roder is staying on as the Tigers varsity boys golf coach. Under Roder’s leadership, the Tigers boys golf program has qualified for the state tournament each of the past two seasons.
