The Iowa Farmers Union will be hosting their 2018 State Convention at the end of November, and it will be held in Perry this year.
Hotel Pattee is the site of the two-day event, which will be held Friday, November 30th, and Saturday, December 1st. Keynote speakers include Pulitzer Prize winner Art Cullen of the Storm Lake Times, President of the National Farmers Union Roger Johnston, and Ricardo Salvador of the Union of Concerned Scientists. The programs will focus on issues currently facing farmers, while also providing opportunities for education and discussion.
