Guthrie County Courthouse

The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday in regular session.

There are several items on this week’s agenda, beginning with an update from County Conservation Director Joe Hanner. Next, Transfer Station and Public Health Director Jotham Arber will give an update on a line item for a demanufacturing fund for the transfer station and a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policy update.

The Board will then consider action on a payroll change for Wayne Tallman, Jr. from Facilities Manager Brandon Thompson. County Engineer Josh Sebern will then present a final plan for the upcoming Monteith Road project for the Board’s approval.

Sheriff Marty Arganbright and Michael S. Lewis from Shive-Hattery Architecture & Engineering will present a jail needs assessment. The meeting concludes with the Supervisors considering action on 2018 applications for family farm tax credits, and a general obligation bond principal and interest payment from wind farm tax increment financing.

The Supervisors meet at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
