Allowing 42 total points through the first four games of the regular season has helped turned the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers football team into one of the best feel-good stories of the 2018 Iowa High School Football Season. Junior Kaden Sutton is among the individuals helping the Tiger defense thrive this fall. Sutton enters the week ranked second in Class 3A football with 12 tackles for loss. Sioux City Heelan senior Dawson Fenton is the only player in Class 3A football with more stop behind the line of scrimmage with 14. Sutton sacked Boone quarterback Tyler Casotti for his only tackle for loss in ADM’s 49-13 homecoming victory last Friday night against the Toreadors. He recorded three tackles for loss against the Perry Bluejays at home on August 31, and had four stops behind the line each in road win versus Bondurant-Farrar on August 24 and against Grinnell on September 7. The ADM Tigers football team opens their Class 3A District 9 schedule this Friday when the Harlan Cyclones visit Adel. Hear live play by play coverage of the game on True Country K 107.9, raccoonvalleyradio.com, and the KKRF mobile app beginning with the Veteran Power Sports & Equipment Pregame Show at 6:30 p.m. and kickoff around 7 p.m. from ADM Stadium in Adel.
