Customers of Xenia Rural Water in Northern Dallas County will be without service this coming Monday, and following that there will be a boil advisory in effect.
The water company informed customers around Bouton that they would be performing maintenance between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, causing a temporary interruption of service. Once service has been restored, they recommend boiling water before consumption until further notice. Once they get positive results back from bacterial testing, affected houses will be marked with a green tag on their door to let them know of the all clear.
