Funeral services for Thomas Merritt Duncan, age 60, of Jefferson, IA, will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday, August 21 at First United Methodist Church in Jefferson. Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation with the family present will take place from 5-7 p.m. Monday, August 20, at the Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.
