Dallas Supervisors 5-29

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

To start the meeting off, the Board will continue discussion on courthouse space needs for the Treasurer, Recorder, and Court services, which will include a review of the proposed floor plan designed by Jerry Purdy from Design Alliance. After that, they will review an update on the water study for West Des Moines, Waukee, and Van Meter. At 9:30 a.m., there will be a public hearing regarding the first reading of proposed amendments to the County’s flood plain ordinance. The Board may also discuss the Healthcare Coalition for service area 1A, involving the County being the employer of record for the service coordinator.

Finally, the Board will possibly go into a closed session to discuss pending litigation. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
