Tuesday, July 10th

7:01am: Roger Carlson reported a vehicle that does not stop at the posted stop sign at Chestnut and Park Street on a daily basis.

7:43am: A Traffic Stop in the 600 Block of South Olive Street resulted in Stephan Sumpter of Slater being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Security Liability and Improper Rear Lamps.”

9:36am: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of Ram Drive.

10:08am: Brittany Arnolds found a stray dog in the county and brought the animal to Jefferson. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.

11:46am: Officers assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of East Clark Street.

4:09pm: Robert Fry spoke with an officer concerning a Civil Issue occurring at 202 South High Street.

5:12pm: An officer removed reported large chunks of concrete in the roadway near Chestnut and Washington Street.

6:08pm: An officer spoke to a resident in the 500 Block of West Madison Street about grass clippings blown into the street while mowing.

6:15pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and 250th Street resulted in Brian Kalstrup of Treynor being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

9:31pm: Debbie Voss requested a Welfare Check on her mother in the 900 Block of West State Street. The officer made contact with the female, who was fine, and advised her to call her daughter.

10:41pm: During Business Checks, an officer located an Open Door at 1005 East Lincoln Way Street.
