Iowa CentralIowa Central Community College is once again offering classes for those who want to earn their High School Equivalency Diplomas.

Iowa Central will offer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8:30pm at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson. The first two classes will be orientation classes on July 17th and 19th. Interested individuals can attend just one of those meetings. Students will earn the adult high school equivalency diploma after successfully completing tests in language arts, writing, reading, social studies, science and math. The tests are developed by the Educational Testing Services and the diplomas are issued by the Iowa Department of Education. It is for anyone ages 17 and older who have not completed their high school degree.
