A special fundraiser event for the Greene County Action Resource Center was proved to be another success.

Greene County Farm Bureau and Jefferson Fareway once again teamed up for the Cram the Cab fundraiser for the local food pantry from June 25th through the 30th. They collected $1,600 in donations for the ARC. That includes a generous donation made by Prestige Automotive of Scranton. Fareway Manager Doug Monaghan also delivered several boxes of non-perishable food items that were purchased at the store for the fundraiser as well. The goal of the fundraiser was to cram the cab of a tractor, that was put on display in Fareway’s parking lot by Reuter’s Red Power, full of food for the local food pantry.

Greene County Farm Bureau and Jefferson Fareway thanks the community for their continued support of their fundraiser to help those in need in the community.
