A Memorial service for Shannon Dougherty, 53, of Carroll, will be Wednesday at 1 pm at the Sanctuary in Jefferson.  Burial will be at a later date at the Calvary Cemetery in Waterloo.  Memorials are suggested to the family to use at their discretion.  Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be left at sliningerschroeder.com.  Survivors include:  Children, Jordan Dougherty of Johnston, Josh Dougherty of Bettendorf and Heather Holmes of Arcadia.
