Tuesday, May 15th

12:03am: An officer assisted with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of North High Street.

2:45am: An officer assisted EMS with a second Medical Call in the 200 Block of North High Street.

7:50am: A Traffic Stop was performed in the 900 Block of North Locust Street resulting in Stefanie Holderby of Jefferson being cited for, “Fail to Have a valid Driver’s License.”

8:20am: Lacy Clark reported a female harassing her in the 100 Block of South Maple Street over a parking place. The officer met with both parties and advised them it is a public road and there are no assigned parking places. Both were advised to leave the other alone.

11:52am: An officer checked on a 911 Hang Up Call from 1406 Southfield Drive. Children were playing with a phone and dialed 911.

1:05pm: A subject turned in a found cell phone to the LEC. The officer was able to return the phone to the owner.

1:53pm: An officer investigated a Backing Accident at the Catholic Parish Center. A 2013 Chevrolet Impale, owned and operated by Cheryl Sloan of Jefferson, backed into a parked vehicle. The 2013 Chevrolet Equinox is owned by Jean Feldman of Jefferson. The Sloan vehicle had a reported $500.00 in damages, while the Feldman vehicle had a reported $1000.00 in damages. No citation was issued as the accident occurred outside of the roadway on private property.

3:30pm: Officers conducted a Welfare Check on a female in the 400 Block of North Locust Street. The female was taken to ER to be evaluated by a medical doctor. She was

later transported to an out of county facility for further evaluations.

5:00pm: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of South Olive Street.

6:06pm: Jill Mills reported her dog escaped from her residence in the 500 Block of West State Street and was loose. The animal later returned home.

7:06pm: Dan Ayres reported harassment from his ex-wife. Both parties were advised to end contact with each other.

7:54pm: Neil McCormick advised he was out of state and a neighbor advised him his residence door was open in the 800 Block of West Harrison Street. The officer checked the residence and secured the property.

8:41pm: Stephanie Coil advised of a loose dog in the area of 404 South High Street. The officer did not locate the animal.

10:11pm: ER requested an officer’s assistance with an unruly female patient.
