The Guthrie Center School Board will meet in regular session tonight.

The Board will consider a budget amendment for the current fiscal year. Other action items include: approving the 2018 graduates, the Certified Staff Handbook, 2018-2019 wages, and a rental agreement with the Heartland Area Education Agency. Discussion and presentation topics include: a City utility presentation, Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) grants, the superintendent search, equipment breakdown insurance, and facility and equipment needs for the 2018-2019 school year.

The meeting will conclude with a recognition of school board members in honor of Iowa School Board Appreciation Month. The meeting begins at 7pm in the library and media center at Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center high school.
