Dallas Co Supervisors 3-27

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will kick off with a presentation from the Information Technology Department about a potential software agreement with Tyler Technologies. There will be a public hearing next week to consider the agreement, but Information Services Director Todd Noah was going to be unable to attend that meeting, so the Board felt it necessary for them and all interested department heads to hear more about the agreement beforehand.

Following that, the Board will consider a resolution directing the sale of more that $14 million in general obligation capital loan notes for the new law enforcement center. Next, they will discuss three resolutions regarding operating transfers. The meeting will conclude with a pair of workshops, the first being a continuation of last week’s discussion on the Human Services Campus landscaping. The second will focus on the Emergency Medical Services Department.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
