Jefferson LibraryWith springtime in full swing, it’s time once again for the annual Spring Used Book Sale at the Jefferson Public Library.

The three-day sale begins this Thursday. There are a variety of books including: large print, mysteries, romance, cookbooks, vintage, gardening, history, westerns, inspirational fiction and non-fiction, as well as young adult and children’s books. Other items include: DVDs, CDs, jigsaw puzzles and games. All proceeds from the sale will go back to the Friends of the Jefferson Library for future purchases for the library to use. Library Director Jane Millard points out that the Friends recently purchased a photo kiosk from TechZone in Jefferson.

“So it’s set up and ready to go. Use it during library open hours and librarians would be glad to help you with that. There is a charge to print the different sizes of photos. You can also make a photo book, greeting cards, or copy your photos onto a CD. That’s available now at the public library.”

The Spring Used Book Sale will be from Thursday through Saturday in the basement of the library. There’s no admission charge.
