The Scranton Community Center is the site for two fundraisers happening tonight.

The Scranton Betterment Committee is hosting their annual soup supper fundraiser from 5 to 7pm. There will be a variety of soups available for a free-will donation. Carryouts are also available by calling 712-652-3666. Proceeds will go back to the community center and other projects.

Additionally, the Scranton Sesquicentennial Committee is having a fundraiser from 6 to 8pm. There will be bingo with special prizes and other games available. There is a cost for bingo cards and all proceeds will go to events and activities for the City’s upcoming sesquicentennial celebration.

The public is asked to use the south entrance to the Scranton Community Center for both fundraisers.
