Funeral Services for Tom Winger, 69, of Jefferson, will be Wednesday at 10 am at the Central Christian Church in Jefferson.  Burial will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Memorials are suggested to the family to be determined at a later date.  Online condolences may be left at sliningerschroeder.com.  Survivors include:  Wife, Nancy.  Children, Nikki Uebel fo Jefferson, Eric Winger of Churdan and Adam Winger of Jefferson.  7 grandchildren.  Brothers, Jerry Winger of Buchanan Dam, Texas, Jeff Winger of Gatesville, Texas, Mike Winger of Scranton and Marion Winger of Omaha, Nebraska.
