The second half of the full route through Greene County for this year’s Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) has been released.

RAGBRAI officials announced that on the third leg of the race, July 24th, bike riders will travel to Grand Junction from the overnight stop in Jefferson. Participants will then head north to Dana, before passing through Ogden in Boone County. From Ogden, cyclists to go to Ledges State Park, then onto Luther, before ending the day at the next overnight stop in Ames.

The roads that bikers will take from Jefferson to Grand Junction is County Road E-53, then north on Highway 144 to Dana. Then from Dana to Ogden, participants will travel east on County Road E-26 and south on Boone County Road P-70. The third day is 58.9-miles.

We’ve previously reported that on July 23rd, bikers will start the day in Denison and end up for the overnight stop in Jefferson, while passing through towns like Coon Rapids and Scranton.
