History Boy Theatre Company is holding open auditions tomorrow for their upcoming summer production.

The 10-year-old local theater company recently announced their summer production of “Hands on a Hardbody.” The musical is based on the book by Doug Wright. It is inspired by true events with a “roots rock vibe” in a contest where only one person can drive away with the American dream. The auditions will take place tomorrow at 6pm at History Boy Theatre in Jefferson. Interested individuals are asked to bring about one minute of prepared music to sing. There are nine male and six female roles in a variety of ages needed.

Show dates are June 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th at 7pm and June 10th and 17th at 2pm. Tickets are $15 each and are now available by contacting History Boy Theatre Company.
