The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will hold meetings both Monday evening and Tuesday morning this week.

The Monday meeting is a special session to hold a public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2019 county budget. In addition to the budget, the Board will discuss salaries for elected officials, as recommended by the Compensation Board. After the hearing, the Board will consider a resolution to adopt the budget. The Tuesday meeting is the regular session, which will start with consideration of vendor permits for dust control. Next, they will discuss an application for the Tyson High Quality Jobs Program. Finally, the Board will consider a contract with Team Services Construction for testing and inspection services.

The budget hearing will be held Monday at 7 p.m., while the regular session will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. Both meetings are open to the public and will be held in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
