The first community college basketball season for recent Adel-Desoto-Minburn graduate Tajen Ross finished up late last week. Ross, a 2017 ADM alum, saw minutes in 27 games this winter for the Kirkwood Community College Eagles men’s basketball program, registering an average of 7.9 points, 1.7 rebounds, and less than one assist per game. Ross scored over 20 points in three games, including a 25 point performance in a loss to Lincoln College on November 11. The Kirkwood Community College Eagles season ended on March 8, losing 75-74 to Iowa Central Community College in the semifinals of the Region XI tournament. The Eagles season ends with an overall record of 24-6.
