Practice for the spring sports season is officially underway but fans of high school football are anxiously awaiting the release of the 2018 & 2019 nondistrict schedules. Newly hired Adel-Desoto-Minburn head football coach Garrison Carter told Raccoon Valley Radio that the Iowa High School Athletic Association is set to release the full two-year high school football schedules for all schools districts sometime tomorrow. The Tigers are considered a Class 3A athletic institution for football and are a member of the district nine grouping. The opponents inside Class 3A District 9 include the Creston Panthers, the Glenwood Rams, the Harlan Cyclones, the Lewis Central Titans, and the Winterset Huskies.
