Greene County RamsThe Greene County School Board will meet twice tonight.

The Board will first hold a work session to establish their goals and an action plan to achieve those goals. Additionally, they will discuss the superintendent evaluation process. The work session begins at 5:15pm and no action will be taken during the meeting.

The regular meeting then starts at 6:30pm. During old business, the Board will discuss the superintendent evaluation process as well as consider approving the second reading for a new board policy on home school assistance. Under new business, the Board will consider for approval a science curriculum purchase, the shared band teacher agreement, a scholarship opportunity, a change to this school year’s calendar, ratification of the bus driver’s union negotiated agreement and a board policy review. Additionally, the Board will discuss Paton-Churdan Cross Country and the meeting will end in a closed session to evaluate an employee’s performance.

Both meetings will take place in the conference room of the administrative building in Jefferson.
