Third times a charm for Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers junior Andrew Flora as he stood atop the podium Saturday at Wells Fargo Arena as Class 2A’s state champion at 113 pounds. Flora’s state championship match Saturday against Centerville’s Nathaniel Genobana went the distance as the Tiger junior only scored on an escape point for a 1-0 decision win. Flora finishes the season with a 46-1 overall record. He told Raccoon Valley Radio before the State Wrestling tournament began that his goal was to stand on the podium this season as a state champion.
