One of the best teams in Class 4A basketball ushered the Adel Desoto Minburn Tigers girls basketball team (9-14) into the offseason Saturday. ADM traveled to the Iowa/Nebraska border for a Class 4A Region 8 semifinal matchup against No. 2 Lewis Central. Suffocating full court defense out of the undefeated Titans proved to be too much for the Tigers in a 57-25 loss. Sophomores Abbie Hlas and Delaney Bertman combined to score15 points. ADM finishes the season with a 9-14 overall record. The Tigers lose Kaylyn Nordman to graduation.
