The struggles continued for the Panorama Panther boys basketball team (1-10) Tuesday night in Urbandale. The Panthers resumed West Central Activites Conference against the Des Moines Christian Lions (11-1 overall). The Lions led wire-to-wire, defeating the Panthers, 69-56. Freshman Zac Rizzuti highlighted Panorama’s scoring attack with 18 points while junior Gracen Wellberg chipped in 15. The setback is the ninth in a row for Panorama, dropping their overall record to 1-10. The Panthers make the short drive to Stuart tonight for a Guthrie County and conference rivalry game against the West Central Valley Wildcats. The Wildcats boys basketball team brings a 1-9 overall record into tonight’s game. Panorama defeated West Central Valley in their first meeting in Panora, 64-52, on December 1. Tip-off of the varsity boys game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
