The boil order affecting the City of Dexter was officially lifted Saturday morning. Dexter Mayor Chris Huff received word from the State Hygienic Laboratory that the water is now safe to drink and use. All residents may use the water in their daily functions without risk of contamination.

The City of Dexter also informs residents that City Hall will have modified hours due to a state audit. City Hall will close at noon Monday-Friday for just the week. Contact City Hall for any additional questions on either of these concerns.
